Service Agreement and User Responsibilities
By using EasyMode AI’s consulting and implementation services, you agree to these terms and conditions. EasyMode AI provides AI audit services that identify high-impact AI opportunities in your business, and implementation services that build and deploy AI solutions including automations, AI agents, workflow integrations, and custom tools. You are responsible for providing accurate business information and granting necessary access to your systems, tools, and team members for interviews and implementation. You must ensure that your use of our services complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. Any misuse of our services for illegal activities or fraudulent purposes will result in immediate service termination. You retain full responsibility for all business decisions and outcomes that result from the AI solutions we build for you.
Project Management and Information Collection
We collect and process business information through our project management system to provide effective service, including team interviews, workflow documentation, integration credentials, and operational data. This information is used to conduct AI audits, identify automation opportunities, calculate ROI projections, and build custom AI solutions. We collect only the information necessary to deliver our services effectively, including your business processes, tool configurations, and system integrations. All project data and AI solution configurations are stored securely and used solely for service delivery and improvement. We do not sell or share your business data with third parties. You maintain access to all your project information and can request data exports or deletion at any time.
Privacy Protection and Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your business data and project information. Your project data is encrypted during transmission and storage, with access limited to authorized personnel only. We maintain compliance with applicable privacy regulations and industry best practices for data protection. We regularly update our security protocols and conduct reviews to ensure the highest level of data protection. In the event of any security incident, we will notify you promptly and take immediate corrective action. Your project board and all project information are protected with secure access controls, and you can manage permissions for your team members.
Service Modifications and Updates
- We continuously improve our AI implementation capabilities with new integrations, enhanced automations, and better AI tooling
- Service updates may include improvements to AI solution delivery, workflow optimization, and platform integration capabilities
- Major changes to our service terms will be communicated at least 30 days in advance via email notification
- Pricing changes will be provided with 60 days notice, and existing customers will have the option to maintain current rates for the duration of their engagement
- Technical improvements and bug fixes are implemented automatically to ensure optimal service performance
Service Limitations and Liability
While our team builds comprehensive AI solutions, you maintain the right to review, modify, and approve all implementations before deployment. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes or revenue impacts. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement in question, and we are not responsible for lost business opportunities, market conditions, or other indirect damages. We provide revision services until you are satisfied with deliverables for your audit engagement. For implementation subscriptions, we revise any solution that isn’t working until it meets your requirements. You acknowledge that AI solutions require proper integration with your business, and you accept responsibility for managing and maintaining the systems we build after handoff.
Contract Terms and Cancellation Policy
AI Audit engagements are one-time projects with a flat fee, and may be cancelled before work begins for a full refund. Once work has commenced, the audit fee is non-refundable as it covers dedicated analysis and deliverable creation. Implementation subscriptions are month-to-month and can be cancelled or paused at any time without penalty. You may cancel with one click or pause your subscription for up to 6 months while maintaining your project data and AI solution configurations. Upon cancellation, all your project data, documentation, and solution details will be made available for download. If you choose to pause your subscription, your project board and all information remain accessible when you resume. A 30-day money-back guarantee applies to your first month of implementation service — if you’re not satisfied, we’ll refund your payment in full.
